Measles

Measles is a single stranded, enveloped RNA virus belonging to the Morbillivirus genus in the Paramyxoviridae family. The virus can cause a measles infection which starts in the respiratory epithelium of the nasopharynx. Measles is highly contagious. More information coming soon.
