Team: News and Events

Date: This is not a timed event.

On May 26, 2017, the World Health Assembly (WHA), the decision-making body of the World Health Organization (WHO) established Sepsis as a global priority. The executive Board of the WHO unanimously recommended the resolution adopted by the WHA to improve, prevent, diagnose, and manage sepsis through a series of measures directed at developed and developing countries around the world.

This comes at a crucial time, as TREKK is in the final stages of completing the Sepsis PedsPac, a bundle of tools (posters, pocket cards, drug calculator, etc) specifically designed for health care professionals working in general emergency departments/health centres.
