May 26th, 2014, JAMA Pediatrics- The Tale of 2 Trials: Disentangling Contradictory Evidence on Hypertonic Saline for Acute Bronchiolitis

Dr. Sim Grewal and Dr. Terry Klassen (TREKK Director, pictured) write in JAMA Pediatrics about the difficulties pediatricians face when looking for answers on providing treatment for their patients in the face on contradictory randomized clinical trial (RCTs) results. They explore the example of two RCTS with conflicting results looking at nebulized hypertonic saline for the management of bronchiolitis.
