Emergency physician and scientist Dr. Amy Plint of the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) explains how her research has changed and improved the way we treat wrist buckle fractures for children. This intervention has wide repercussions, allowing children to return to function sooner, and improves patient, parent and health outcomes.

Dr. Amy Plint is a TREKK board member, the TREKK content advisor for bronchiolitis, and chair of the Pediatric Emergency Research Council (PERC).
