Visit the fractures evidence repository on for more evidence on the treatment and management of pediatric fractures in the emergency department.

AboutKidsHealth recently embarked on an initiative with SickKids Emergency Department to create a web page of links to the most frequently used patient and family handouts. This page gives clinical staff quick access to handouts in up to eight languages so they can print them for families to take home.

Associated with the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, AboutKidsHealth provides parents, children and first-tier healthcare providers with free, evidence-based information about every day health and complex medical conditions. AboutKidsHealth is the world’s leading non-profit information source for children’s health with child health information available online in multiple languages.
