Asthma Bottom Line Recommendation available in French

Asthma is the most common chronic disease in children, and acute exacerbations of asthma are one of the most common reasons for children to seek emergency care. Our Asthma Bottom Line Recommendation is now available on trekk.ca in English and French!

New Topic Area: Acute Otitis Media

A new topic area is available on trekk.ca! Acute otitis media (AOM) is a common, symptomatic infection of the middle ear. Find resources such as clinical paths, bottom line recommendations and systematic reviews on acute otitis media here

Upcoming events from Alberta SPOR Support Unit

Our partners at the Alberta SPOR Support Unit are hosting a variety of upcoming knowledge translation events. A webinar on Implementation Cancer Survivorship Care Plans: State of the Science will be held on Wednesday, November 9 at 2:00 PM. KT Alberta will also be hosting a workshop series as well as Cochrane Standard Author Training on November 23-25.

PERC 2017 Annual Scientific Meeting

The Pediatric Emergency Research Canada (PERC) 2017 Annual Scientific Meeting will take place at The Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff Alberta from Sunday January 29-Thursday February 2. For more information on PERC and the meeting, click here.
